Open Question: What to wear (English riding)? ?

I'm 14 and competing with my mare at a 6 day A rated show in April. It's with the Arabian horse association. My mare is a dark black bay, when she's body clipped nearly black. I am competing in flat hunters, halter, and dressage as well as a few other classes. So my question is, can I get away with tan breeches in the dressage and hunter ring? Also this is my first dressage test with this mare and hers as well so were doing introductory test 2 walk trot only. Can I use my spurs and crop? What about a flash noseband? Can I use my polo's? Is there anywhere I can go online to fond all this out? I've got the test down really well. Of course the thing that throws me is the silly stuff my clothing and riding aids. Haha. Oh well. Also I'm only doing walk trot with her in the hunter ring (were still working on the canter with her, she likes to buck a lot and flatten out and lose collection at the canter grrr) so can I use a snaffle bit and hunter pad or full pad?
